Korn Singer Davis Attacks Drummer Silveria
May 10, 2000 Korn singer Jonathan Davis has lashed out at band member David Silveria because he posed for Calvin Klein advertisements.
Rockers Slipknot burned the ads during their stage shows in March 2000 but Davis dismisses a feud between Korn and the band and says he agrees with Slipknot.
He explains, "Slipknot just had a problem with David doing those adverts, but so did everybody else in Korn. I just thought those pictures didn't suit us and weren't in good taste."
He adds, "More power to Slipknot, man. It's obvious that we've influenced them a lot, but they're awesome and I'm glad that something that heavy is getting its props."
